Arias Egypt’s Achievements at the Vocational Training Center
1- Electrical Maintenance Works
At the Damietta Vocational Training Centers Complex, electrical systems were thoroughly inspected and repaired, including the replacement of damaged wiring and the rehabilitation of distribution panels. Additionally, the lighting systems were installed and upgraded, ensuring all circuits and lamps function efficiently to provide a safe and fully operational training environment.
2- Water Pipeline Maintenance Works
- Leak Inspection and Repair: Water pipelines at the Damietta Vocational Training Centers Complex were inspected and repaired, including the replacement of damaged pipes and the rehabilitation of water connections.
- Tank Cleaning and Maintenance: The water tanks at the Damietta Vocational Training Centers Complex were cleaned and maintained, including emptying, thorough cleaning, and rehabilitation.
3- Air Conditioning Maintenance Works
- Air Conditioning Units Inspection and Maintenance: The air conditioning units at the Damietta Vocational Training Centers Complex were inspected and maintained, including filter cleaning and rehabilitation of electrical components.
- Replacement of Spare Parts: Damaged spare parts in the air conditioning units were replaced, including compressors, fans, and filters.
4- Glass Maintenance Works
- Replacement of Damaged Glass: Damaged glass at the Damietta Vocational Training Centers Complex was replaced, including front and side panels.
- Glass Cleaning and Maintenance: Glass surfaces at the Damietta Vocational Training Centers Complex were cleaned and maintained, including the removal of dirt and impurities.
5- Painting Works
- Painting works were carried out in the laboratories of Arias Egypt Academy, including the painting of walls and ceilings and the preparation of interior spaces to welcome students.
- The works involved the use of high-quality materials to ensure durability and aesthetics, focusing on creating a safe and clean learning environment that reflects professionalism and precision in preparing the labs for effective practical training and learning.
6- Furniture Works
- The necessary furniture was installed, including chairs, tables, shelving for organizing tools, and educational boards. This setup aims to create an organized and practical learning environment, enabling students to follow lessons and hands-on applications efficiently, while ensuring comfort and safety, and supporting a comprehensive educational experience that enhances the quality of practical training within the academy.
The Educational Process
- Ten teachers were recruited across all theoretical study specialties (detailed statement attached).
- Fifteen skilled trainers were recruited across all practical training specialties to cover gaps and ensure smooth monitoring of the educational process (detailed statement attached).
- Ten administrative staff members were recruited to cover shortages in various roles, including secretarial and student affairs positions.
- One security personnel and two cleaning staff were assigned to the building to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Sports Field Preparation
As part of Arias Egypt Academy’s commitment to providing a comprehensive learning environment, the sports field at Arias Egypt Industrial Apprenticeship School – Damietta Center was designed and equipped according to the latest international standards in sports facility design. The project included the installation of high-quality modern sports equipment and an advanced lighting system, enabling sports activities at various times while adhering to the highest safety standards to ensure a healthy and motivating environment for students.
This achievement aims to support educational and sports activities within the school, nurture student talents, and develop both physical and mental abilities. It also reinforces values such as discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Additionally, the field provides a complete healthy outlet for students, balancing academic work, practical training, and physical and mental development, enhancing the holistic learning experience at the academy.
This project is part of a comprehensive plan to develop the school’s infrastructure and activities, reflecting Arias Egypt Academy’s commitment to delivering high-quality technical education and hands-on training that prepares students to become a productive workforce capable of competing effectively and contributing to industrial development in Egypt.
